We recently redesigned our website to reflect the new look of Chapman. We have renovated our home office and thought the website could use some renovating, too. Our main focus on the website was to make it easier for our customers to contact us, whether itâ€™s by telephone, email or social media, our contact information needed to be visible on multiple pages of our website. Our contact information is not only more visible, but our website is now easier to view and navigate on mobile devices. You can easily pull up our website on a smartphone or tablet and schedule an appointment from anywhere! We also made it a point to make our blog more accessible to customers. Ongoing education is a big part of what makes Chapman different from everyone else in the HVAC industry. We provide our technicians with in-house training programs to make sure our team is on the cutting edge of new technology and product information. All of our technicians are NATE certified. Choosing a company that is NATE certified ensures you are going to work with technicians who are well trained in fixing any HVAC device. The certification test is not easy, so completing the program means each technician will leave with enhanced skill levels.
