We are proud to announce that Chapman has won The Bryant® Medal of Excellence award. The Bryant® Medal of Excellence (MOE) program rewards Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers who do 'Whatever It Takes' to ensure customer satisfaction while improving their overall business and excelling in their marketplace.

Medal of Excellence applicants are judged on overall Bryant-branded product sales growth, high-efficiency and indoor air quality equipment sales, customer satisfaction and participation in various dealer programs and promotions. The applicants with the highest overall scores are chosen as regional winners.

Each MOE winner has displayed a strong commitment to providing quality products and services while ensuring that their customers are completely satisfied. The 15 regional MOE winners are the top performers from five different geographic regions. Each region has three tiers of winners, which are based on total annual sales volume.

Get in the holiday spirit by donating canned goods on Friday, October 24, 2014. Chapman Heating and Air Conditioning is a proud sponsor of WFBQ/Q95 Operation Cans 2014, a canned food drive to benefit Gleaners Food Bank. All donations will produce hot meals for the areas less fortunate families to be served on Thanksgiving Day.

Gleaners Food Bank is leading the fight against hunger. The items collected on Friday will be used to help reach this year's goal: a hearty Thanksgiving dinner on every table in Indy. Items including canned pumpkin, canned vegetables, gravy, dried potatoes and dried stuffing mixes are encouraged.

The Bob & Tom Show, Laura Steele, Gunner, and others will be on hand throughout the day collecting donations and broadcasting live from the charitable event. Q95's Operation Cans 2014 will occupy the front parking lot at Greenwood's Walmart location.

Please stop by the Greenwood Walmart, located at 1133 N. Emerson Avenue on Friday, October 24 to donate any canned goods or non-perishable food items you have. Donations will be accepted any time from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. For more information about Operation Cans 2014, click here.
